Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VAR service ("Service") provided by Teen Portal International Limited ("tpi", "we", "us" or "our"), a Hong Kong company. The Service is available on our website var.hk and may also use our other domains vee.hk, hee.hk, iopass.net which we may add, remove, or change from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of the modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of them.

This includes our right to replace or change our AI models, cloud service providers, or any other technical or non-technical services that we currently use or may use in the future to provide the Service.

Additionally, we reserve the right to revise or adjust the allocation of resources, such as service quotas or usage limits, at any time without prior notice. This may affect the availability or performance of certain features or functionalities of the Service.

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that we will not be liable for any modification, suspension, discontinuance, or change in the vendors or allocation of quota. Your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of these changes.

Fair Usage

You agree to use the Service in a manner that is considered fair use. If we determine that your usage is in excess of what is considered fair use, we reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service.

Spam-Free Usage
